I wanted to learn how to do double unders and people at my CrossFit gym were telling me it helps to learn with a heavier rope initially. I ordered this jump rope and learned within the week! The rope is a little heavier so you get a good sense of rhythm by feeling the weight of the rope and the sound it makes when it makes contact with the ground. It’s well made, you can adjust it for your height, and is easy to use. I use this jump rope on most leg days and wether I’m jumping for time/duration or for speed, it’s been a go-to. It can hurt a little if you hit yourself but that’s expected.

It’s well-balanced and makes for a great workout. Plus, it’s economical compared to other ropes I’ve used. Definitely a solid choice for anyone looking for quality without breaking the bank. I have used this for almost a year on concrete and pebble paved floor and there is no issue with wear and tear.The weight is good and it's very smooth. The only complaint I have is that it requires lubing or there will be squeaking noises.I use it 5 days a week for over a year and it's still going strong. Highly recommended.

The jump rope is top quality!!!! I've ordered other jump ropes from different companies, and the quality was not as advertised. Their jump ropes were very flimsy and cheap unlike the HEREROPE jump rope, which is a solid weighted rope. The HEREROPE has a nice solid feel, the handles are comfortable and have a nice grip, and the rope has an inner core that other ropes I purchased don't have. The company incorporated quality and style when developing this jump rope!I contacted the company with a detailed message about an issue with one of the screws. They responded IMMEDIATLEY and resolved it. Not only did they resolve the issue, they also stated that they would send me extra screws right away. WOW 5 STAR ACROSS BOARD!!!!If you're thinking about purchasing a jump rope, let this be the only rope you choose. You'll be impressed!

I loved how accurately sized the rope is based on one's height. The medium was perfect for me at 5'6". This rope is designed with such precision, that having just readded skipping rope to my fitness regimen, actually almost corrects your mistakes as you're skipping. If that makes sense. The added weight (1/4 lb.) and smooth rotating, superbly designed handles, make for an awesome workout, even for beginners! This is hands down, the best jump rope I've ever used! I'm surprised it's as reasonably priced too, compared to so many others.
