First time with AMD after years of consoles and Intel. I am so surprised about the quality and the Bios very user friendly.Also the Gigabyte platform is so easy to use you can't actually go wrong.Fitted a 7600x with 32gb Lexar 6000m/t ram ddr5 and a 4070Super also Gigabyte, such a perfect conbo for gaming only.

Upgraded to AM5 and wanted a Motherboard with a good feature set and worked out the box. It did need a BIOS upgrade but this was fairly painless. It has been great so far but havent delved too deep into all the overclocking options. Noce to have the options when I do though. Can highly recommend this AM5 board if upgrading.

So I was having issues with updating my motherboards bios drivers however it seems like the latest version F32b doesn't seem to work with this motherboard however F32a version does work with this motherboard, updating my review since it caused a lot of frustration and panic for me.

Its so nice and tidy. It lights up in multiple places which is cool too

one of screws meant to hold the ssd heat sink, the one above the gpu pcie slot, in was stripped so one screw and the stickiness of the thermal pad was all that was holding it on. the heat sink would wobble at the lightest touch.when i first booted up my PC with this board there was a warning saying the CPU had been changed and i had to reset secure boot. secure boot should not be enabled by default on a brand new motherboard and i only put one CPU in so to me that would suggest someone has used this board before me! i bought in "new" condition directly from amazon. however i can not prove it has been used it is only my suspicion. in all my time building PCs i've never had this issue. secure boot should be optional and not enabled out of the box.that was the least of my problems though because the motherboard kept getting stuck during boot and would display no video output either through my gpu or the built in gpu on the cpu. my fans and leds were all working but no display. it took me a few tries to install windows. once windows was installed i downloaded updates which required a reboot and the board got stuck again. i turned off my pc and tried again and got back in. tried updating the BIOS which required a reboot and the board got stuck again. got back into windows and tried updating my drivers and it once again got stuck but this time i couldn't boot back into windows after trying multiple times. it seems the board has been bricked or died. i tried clearing the CMOS on the board and leaving the PC unplugged for 10 minutes but it wouldn't go back on.i have returned the board back to amazon along with the new cpu, ram, ssd i bought which are useless to me now.

Good features recommend bios update first but good features with scope to upgrade e.g. gen 5 m.2 and future cpus

This motherboard is truely stunning and has plenty of ports for what I need besides being a 3.0 usb short but I can buy an adapter.My main issue hence the three stars in there was NO MANUAL in the box! Nothing to say which ports were where and really struggled to find some of the ports we needed. Eventually found one online but I shouldn’t have to do that when spending so much money on a motherboard!

I had purchased the b650m 1.0 in 2023 as a combo pack and it was perfect for a 7600x running cool on the vrms. Ended up seeing the 1.3 version for 30% less on sale and made a second system for when guests are over. The features and 5 year warranty are a great deal.

Boa placa mãe. Suportou tranquilamente meu Ryzen 7 7800x3d.Contudo, o preço é muito alto para uma placa com somente 6 fases no VRM e sem suporte ao PCI Express 5.0.Se eu tivesse essas informações antes de comprar teria escolhido a B650 Aorus Master X AX.

So no installation manual in the box. Oh look a qr code.... That leads to not an installation manual :( had to search online with my fingers like a caveman from the early 2000s.
