Didn't work at first. Needed adjustment.
I received the product in a box that was torn and retaped. Cardboard did not look new. Smart DryFireMag charged ok (green light goes out when charged) and Laser Ammo battery appeared ok but product did not work. Dryfire Mag never triggered the Laser Ammo once. Contacted DryFireMag Support and they sent link me support videos. Using the hex wrench I backed the rear adjustment and it fired the laser, the DryFireMag also has another green light that temporarily flashes when a radio signal is sent. The support videos explained that you can test this special Laser Ammo with a TV or sound bar remote control. The DryFireMag uses USB C to charge and includes a small cable. In case the included 3LR726 battery pack becomes hard to find, I found that 3LR626 battery packs work well and you can get 10 batteries, instead of 3, for the same price on Amazon. Add the proper size adapter sleeve to your Smart DryFireMag, hold down your mag release and insert into the magwell. Small sleeve for a full size. Test that your trigger and reset work as expected, if not take it out readjust the hex screws. The spring is designed for a 5.5lb pull and you can use the included lighter spring, if desired. If you place the Smart DryFireMag next to the LaserAmmo you can test it to make sure that it still fires. If the Smart DryFireMag is not. properly adjusted the laser may not fire. Check with remote control that it's working, then adjust your mag. The Red Smart DryFireMag and LaserAmmo worked well on various laser targets. An IR version of the laser can be ordered instead of the Red. Once properly adjusted, you can make rapid follow-up shots which is a game-changer since you no longer have to rack the slide. For those of you who use Accurize, it worked pretty well with it. The Laser is extra bright so it seemed like reflections and closer distances caused false shots to register on the sides of the target. I masked those areas and that fixed it. Overall happy with the product. Leaving at a 4 star since this may have been a customer return at first, or older stock.

Excellent
I usually don’t do reviews. But, with the negative ones here and only 5 reviews I thought I needed to. Item arrived in time and well packaged. Setup was easy. Mag felt well made. Trigger pull very close to my 43x. Smooth and felt a little lighter than the Apex Enhancement trigger I have installed. I liked the pull and travel. No adjustments necessary. I know these are in short supply. Glad I got one. Made dry fire fun with no need to rack slide. I got the red laser and very strong beam projected on my Mantis Laser Academy targets.EDIT: After 7 months still working great. Did replace battery a couple months ago. But, was leaving it in Cartridge. Take it out now when not using.

Disappointing Experience with SureStrike MAG Dry Fire Training Kit
I had high hopes for the SureStrike MAG Dry Fire Training Kit, but unfortunately, it fell far short of my expectations. This product promises to enhance dry fire training by providing a realistic simulation of live fire without the need for ammunition, but in reality, it failed to deliver on several fronts.First and foremost, the build quality of the SureStrike MAG left much to be desired. The components felt cheaply made and flimsy, making me question their durability over time. When I attempted to use the kit, I encountered numerous issues with misfires and inconsistent performance. It seemed like no matter how carefully I followed the instructions, the device simply couldn't reliably register my trigger pulls.Furthermore, the setup process was overly complicated and time-consuming. I expected a user-friendly experience, but instead, I found myself wrestling with finicky calibration procedures and frustrating troubleshooting steps. This made practicing with the SureStrike MAG more of a hassle than a helpful training tool.Even when the device did work as intended, I found the simulation lacking in realism. The feedback provided by the kit felt artificial and disconnected from the actual experience of firing a live weapon. As a result, I struggled to see any real value in using the SureStrike MAG for my dry fire training sessions. In conclusion, I cannot recommend the SureStrike MAG Dry Fire Training Kit based on my disappointing experience. Between its poor build quality, unreliable performance, cumbersome setup process, and lackluster simulation, this product simply does not live up to its promises. Save your money and invest in a more reliable and effective training solution.

Good but...
If you want to practice with your own firearm, works great! Makes your Glock 19 a dryfire tool without having to switch out your trigger. Only disadvantage is you can't practice mag changes like you could with a SIRT or other options.

Good product, poor User Guide
I recently purchased a LaserAmmo SureStrike smart DryFireMag for Sig P320 in 9mm. The LaserAmmo User Guide instructions are basically ok but totally unclear as to how to properly install the battery in the laser cartridge. After spending ~40 frustrating minutes installing the battery in the laser cartridge, then installing the laser cartridge, aluminum safety pipe, extension pipe, and plastic nut cap in my Sig P320; then test firing SureStrike Mag without seeing any visible red laser on trigger pull; then disassembling it all; reversing the battery; then reassembling it all -- I was finally able to get the red laser to show properly on trigger pull. :-)It would help if both the text and your picture in your User Guide clarified which direction of the battery "+" is, AND which direction the "+" end of the battery should be installed in the laser cartridge.1) The '+' end of the battery is the end with the "+" sign and text imprinted on it ("-" is the end with NO imprinted text).- and -2) The exploded diagram that shows the laser, battery, and end-cap should clearly show that the '+' end of battery goes in toward the front face of laser cartridge with the '-' side facing rearward toward the laser cartridge's end-cap.

Not sure if it works. My unit was clearly opened.
Did not work. Package was ripped/taped up. Obviously opened and returned before.
