I am 81 and my serum was well below average. I started using the vanilla for a breakfast and now I am only just below normal with no change in diet. High protein bars are sometimes grainy and all I have tried are too sweet. The vanilla flavor is good and very convenient. I do have bad arthritis in my hands and have trouble opening them but a pair of adjustable pliers solves that easily

Great product I’ve ordered twice now though the product doesn’t match the picture it shows a 12 count package and it’s two 6 counts . Same inner product but would be nice for picture to reflect what arrives

This Ensure is a top notch product. I've tried so many and eventually gave up looking for a perfect match for me and my health, until I tried this.After one week, my energy started to improve, after a year and a half of having lost 90% of it from a hospital stay. The negative about ALL or most of these liquid meal replacement products is that you need two to three a day, and for people like me I could never afford it.And this Ensure Protein Max, along with being the best tasting, is one of the MOST AFFORDABLE out there.If you can afford it I highly recommend buying THIS one, in my opinion.

Three stars because it tasted so good and kept me feeling full for a while. I was trepidatious about buying this because of the soluble corn fiber. I have taken Metamucil's Fiber Gummies with that ingredient and it gave me so much gas that I had to stop taking it. But I liked the other ingredients in this drink and decided to try it when I was at home and not going anywhere, LOL. It gave me gas for several hours.😭My review is that if you know your digestive tract doesn't react to soluble corn fiber, I would recommend this drink because it's high in protein, low in calories, and doesn't have a lot of the low quality ingredients that other commercial protein drinks have. But I will stick with my favorite brand, Orgain. It's too bad because I would like to try the other flavors that this drink comes in. I would love it if Abbott would consider removing the soluble corn fiber.Have a wonderful day!🙂
