Best fridge in the market
This fridge is awesome! It's super quiet, works great, and that bottom freezer is a lifesaver - way less bending throughout the day. Installation was also quick. Thanks to Haier service.

Haier- so cool
This is my 2nd one in haier. perfect fridge for family of 4, cooling effect is good, functions are easy to set and operate. Very very low noise, auto defrost works well. energy saving & not much increase in eb bill, the design is simple and elegant, working good since 6 months now. It could have been better if it had a child lock option.

Good product, service needs upgrade. even google is filled with complaints about the seller.
If we ignore the few dents on the body, the refrigerator is working good, been 1 day only. It's basically silent, overall seems good.

Very disappointed – Poor product and worse customer service.
I purchased the Haier 240L Double Door Refrigerator on 07.03.25, and within just 2 months, the bottom cooling section stopped working (while the freezer is fine). I contacted Haier support via WhatsApp on 01.05.25, but they failed to provide any proper response or assign a technician.In peak summer, a refrigerator is essential, and this product has completely let me down. The product quality is questionable, and Haier’s customer service is extremely poor — no responsibility, no follow-up.I expected better from a reputed brand like Haier. Not recommended at all.

Good Refrigerator
This 3 star rated Refrigertor purchased last week. Delivery and installation on time as mentioned. It's working fine. Cooling good. Enough storage capacity. Comment on design: Suggested classic look with some art design on door. Overall value for money!
