They came fast and went right on.

The 2012 Goldwing ANTENNA has a MALE stud on the bottom that screws into the motorcycle's FEMALE antenna mount. This antenna will work on something like a Chevy Silverado that has a MALE stud there to accept this FEMALE antenna. You will have to purchase an adapter double end stud with two different size threading's for each end. Do not purchase for a Honda - maybe okay on a Harley?

Perfect fit, looks great. Not nearly as effective for FM radio reception as the factory metal antenna but those are over 48" tall & make the bike look old. I use a digital music player 99% of the time for tunes so that is not an issue for me. Highly recommend!

It works on my 2008 Goldwing 1800 as described..plug and play ..threads were exact.

I ordered this unit to replace the CB antenna, item said it would fit my 02 1800 Goldwing. None of the converters worked. The CB unit that Honda installs is a 7mm the antenna they send is a 6mm and the converters are wrong. I was able to find one at a Auto Zone that fit so I was able to use this unit, just understand it will work but not with the hardware they send.

This antenna is very weak. I wanted to replace the OEM antenna as it is a wip and is almost 3 feet long. I mounted this antenna with the included adapter and if fit perfectly. However, I could barely catch more stations with it then not having an antenna at all. I put my OEM antenna back on an it picked up the local stations very well. I don't want to go through the hassle of returning it. Lesson learned. DO NOT BUY THIS WEAK ANTENNA WANNA BE.
