While 2.2 micrograms is the RDA, even sublingually you can obtain roughly 1% of the supplemented methylcobalamin from a sublingual administration.- YES it has methylcobalamin and not cyanocobalamin- but NO it doesn't have nearly enough. Don't believe me? - look up other supplement companies, reputed ones (hell even non-reputed ones), and they have 2-4 _thousand_ mcg of methylcobalamin.This gets a 0/10 from me dawg, and it's clear to me that Healeo's supplement arm is just extra income to their clinic practice, and no thought goes into their formulations whatsoever.Also the stuff sediments out so easy. If you don't mix well and check that your dropper contains well mixed, you can't be sure of anything going into your body.
