Delicious!
Wow, this was great. Now the consistency was more like pudding than frosting, the flavor was perfect. I made a sugar free cake for my boyfriend (diabetic) so i research recipes. It was a wonderful treat, and for my self as well. I have many food allergies, and this was free of them all. And I've eliminated cane sugar from my diet, so this feels like cheating, but its within guidelines. My only problem with this is portion control, lol. Thank you!

Disgusting
This was so gross. I’d rather use heavy whipping cream than this.

More like a pudding mix than frosting mix.
Even though I can always appreciate a keto/low sugar product, a genuinely good keto frosting is still one of those things that requires the exact right ingredients. The suggestion to actually use much less butter is personally the reason this frosting mix fails. Only 2 tablespoons of softened (not cold) butter didn't make a difference in the texture, and still made this frosting a muddy and gloopy mess. Using just milk simply isn't enough to get that delicious, spreadable, and fluffy frosting either. I seriously needed to burn through several packets of mix to really be as fair as I could with my review, because I truly wanted to enjoy it. It tastes nice and sickly sweet as I expected from a keto frosting, and honestly stevia and erythritol are great choices to cook with. There's no cooling aftertase from the erythritol, so they definitely used a lot more stevia to sweeten. Best way to really get a better texture is to just forego all the milk and use half a cup of butter instead. Splashing a tablespoon of heavy cream finesse it quite a bit, finally making this a winner in my book. This isn't terrible, it just needs a better approach of preparation. To its credit, the nut milk only approach does shave off a considerable bit of calories for those watching your waistlines, yet at the cost of the texture and a lot of flavor. So feel free to experiment if this still interests you.

AMAZING!
I've had other Simply Delish products before so I was very happy to find they have frosting! I added milk and warmed butter. When I added the butter it immediately took a more creamy and hardened consistency. Then I mixed it by hand for a few minutes. It came out looking textured, but it doesn't taste textured at all. The taste is very sweet and a little overpowering by itself. It was much better with a piece of keto cake. 1 entire packet of vanilla is on the cake and 1 packet of chocolate is in the bowl. The only thing I would say is make sure the milk has been heated up too. The chocolate is more smooth and I think it's because the milk had sat on the stove for a few minutes. The vanilla one was made with cold milk.Simply Delish All-Natural Vegan Sugar-Free Vanilla and Chocolate Frosting Variety Pack - A Non-GMO, Plant-Based, Ketogenic-Certified, and Gluten-Free Frosting for Cakes & Cupcakes(6 pack,3g Net Carbs)
