Would this flange work for a 6307 rohl allia fireclay sink? and would it fit other disposals or only the insinkerator?

This flange will work with the American Standard 1.25 hp from Costco. They have the very same mounting system as Insinkerator brand. I suspect any disposal made by Insinkerator will have the same mounting system and the flanges are likely standard. I took a chance on this one, and it fits the American Standard perfectly.

Will this work with a waste king l-8000 ez mount garbage disposal?

It can be used with all InSinkErator disposers, but can't guarantee it will work with a different brand.

Does anyone know if this flange will work with a Whitehaus WH3018 sink and a Insinkerator Pro Compact disposal?

I can not say for certain, but I would expect it will work. You did not say why you need the deep flange.I was unable to determine the thickness of your sink, but from the diagram I saw, it does not seem to be thick enough to need this flange. If the flange is too deep, you will need to get longer screws, as I did. See my review for details.
