I get nasty cramps in my feet without taking magnesium.Of all the different forms, Magnesium Glycinate is supposed to be the gentlest on the stomach and has a high absorption rate.I like the packaging of this product as it takes up less room than a bottle and it is resealable. I found it useful for travelling recently.I'm not so keen on supplements marketed as having x mg per 'serving' rather than listing the amount in each capsule. For this product, the recommended 'serving' is 2 capsules, so on the front of the pack is written that there is 1,000mg per serving. This works out at 500mg of magnesium glycinate per capsule, each providing 100mg of elemental magnesium.The pack contains 60 capsules and if you take the recommended 2 capsules per day it is a month's supply for one person.I would buy this one again.
