I have been very impressed by the quality of this little camera given its cost. The build quality is very good and certainly measures up to many costing considerably more. Purchased it mainly as it has the added feature of Night Vision (Infra red Capability) as I wanted to do some night time work within a Nature Reserve only for my personal interest in nature. For this kind of photography you need an actual IR light source to be built into the camera, some cameras sport a low light exposure mode but this is not the same and will simply present a black screen in the dark. With the IR feature this camera presents a good IR image. It also has a cold hot-shoe attachment on the top which allowed me to add a separate additional battery powered IR source so strengthening its capability. Battery power does not last particularly long but they do provide two re-chargeable batteries as standard, so you can carry a spare. You could also hook up a USB power source to the USB connection that would give extensive power. So, all told an excellent little camera at a very good price for having IR fun, don't expect professional results, that's not what this is aimed at, but its great for the cost.

I've been impressed with the video quality this camcorder delivers. The images are clear. The range of features is impressive, making it versatile for different shooting scenarios. Audio quality is good, and the battery life has held up well so far. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate through the camera's settings. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with this camcorder.

Have not used it I anger yet, but it seems to do what it says on the box while trying it out in garden, quality is poor, sound is non existent, do not buy

I bought it to vlog etc.I chose an optical zoom for better picture quality.It works really well.Touch screen as well as buttons.The quality made protective case is too short to use when the batteries are plugged in at the end. The batteries can only be charged when plugged into the camera.Focus is stable.I am glad I bought it. The black Friday deal saved me money.I was very impressed with the camera. If the protective case was longer and the USB and microphone socket were on the outside, I would have given it 6 stars.Good value.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this based on the 'reviews' which all seemed to say how good this thing is for the money. I needed a permanent set up for vlogging. Well, there must be something wrong with their eyesight, as this camera is simply not fit for purpose. The camera itself is relatively easy to use, but the picture quality is abysmal in any light setting. When I first tried it, it was 3pm and cloudy. The picture was simply awful, like an early 2000's phone camera.Thinking that it it would be okay on a bright day, I took some more footage and you can see the results in the video. Utterly unusable in todays world. It simply cannot focus sharply on anything and the zoom is laughable. A complete waste of money. you have been warned!

This video camera was bought as a christmas present. Having now had time to use it, it is a wonderful video camera that does everything you need it to do. The picture is clear and the videos are perfect along with the sound. There are many settings to suit the situation you are using it in. We additionally bought the SD card that was needed to store all photos and videos on.It is easy to charge, easy to navigate your way around, and easy to watch back everything you have recorded. Even our 10 year old uses this with ease.I can highly recommend this.

Disappointed by this camera, but also fully aware that it was cheap - so that mitigates things somewhat.Positives:It works. I mean, it's a camera, and it shoots both video and still images.It's lightweight, and comfortable to hold thanks to the velcro-adjustable strap.Controls are all easy to reachIt comes with two batteries (although the only way to charge them is by inserting them into the camera - so you can't have one charging while the other is in use, for example). I haven't had it long enough, but the instructions do say that you can charge while in use.It has a standard 1/4"-20 thread on the bottom for a tripod etc.USB-C connector.For an HD camcorder, it's cheap.Accessories - USB & A/V cables, tote bag & remote.NegativesQuality is not up to the same as some of my other 1080 devices, such as my cycling action cam.The lightweight feature bites both ways - it also feels a bit cheap and plasticky.The menu structure is baffling and hard to navigate to what you want.However, the main negative is that it arrived damaged. The charging/AV port has come away from the camera housing, so as soon as I try to remove the protective rubber strip, the entire port comes with it. Trying to be magnanimous and accept that this issue is (hopefully!) limited to only my camera, but nevertheless it's my camera, and my review.Three stars - provided you get one that isn't falling apart, and bear in mind the cost/performance ratio, then this is not a bad buy. I probably set my expectations too high, and coupled with the damage have been put off by this.

Brought this as I’m on a budget, have only got it out and used in day time, I will be testing it on night vision tonight as that’s why I have brought it. Picture/video quality is good. for what I’m going to use it for it’s perfect 👌🏻. Very happy with it. Thank you 👍🏻
