I have been taking these for months now and def feel a difference in energy and sleep. I added these to a combo routine of vitamins and meds but def saw a difference once talking these in addition to this combo.

Great Sleep Aid

I was only able to take this product for a few days. I was trying to take it to stabilize my moods during my oh so fun perimenopause phase. It ended up giving me headaches which turned into horrible migraines. I am very sensitive to any sort of supplement or medication so things hit me very quickly. It also seemed to oddly disrupt my sleep at night. I slept better off of these. It gave me energy but at night and not during the day. During the few days that I took it I did try to take it a different times to see if that helped but it didn't seem to make a difference. So for me personally this didn't work but it could be because I'm just very sensitive to supplements or medicines. I know people have complained about the taste and it is pretty bad in my opinion. The first day I was fine with it and then after that I had to force it down. It is a very strong taste.

As a women over 40 my energy level was low. I have been taking these for about a month and have seen improvements in my energy level and mood. I have had more energy to stay active and keep up with my kids. I have been sleeping better as well. Feeling more rested in the morning and can get up earlier.
