I absolutely love this migraine cap. I had one that didn’t have the eye opening and this one is much more convenient. It has some weight to it that’s kind of relaxing. I keep mine in the fridge bc the freezer makes it too cold to start with. It stays chilled for quite a while. It fits comfortably snug. I got it to see if it would help with my migraines but I use it when I don't have a migraine as well. My son tried it when he come home and threatened to steal it so I ordered him and his girlfriend one. They love theirs too!!I didn’t notice any funky smells when opened and I haven’t had to wash it yet but I’ll probably just throw it in the washing machine on delicate.

Looking into one of these mask for my wife I have seen plenty of the feedbacks say that this mask gets to cold so I was skeptical about purchasing this but honestly the mask itself is cool so I haven’t had to freeze it. Perfect amount pressure when placed on your head and the jelly like feel is wonderful. 10/10 recommend

I have a couple of these head wrap things and I love how this one is split into two pieces so I can use it and still see through when my head is hurting but I need to get work done. Love that it can be cooled or heated depending on what feels best at the given time. Definitely recommend

My head is 22.5 inch circumference which is fairly normal for a woman - the main cap fits me comfortably and stays in pace. My guy has a 23.25 inch diameter head and the cap fits but when he even slightly looks down the cap slides upward which causes the nose section to raise and get into eyes.The nose piece isn't shaped so that it makes contact along the side of your nose - instead there's a gap. It would be better to have contact over entire nose and cheek area so that you can use for sinus pain or congestion.The design allows you to be able to read while wearing the mask is useful.

I am actually returning this item. It does not stay cold long enough to help my migraines. Within 10 minutes it was barely cool to the touch.

I want to get a second set just to have a spare. This was really helpful (Used cold!) The dual pieces really make sense and I was able to use one or the other, or both!

Definitely a great product. I would buy again if needed. This would be a great gift for someone who suffers from headaches. I would recommend keeping it in the fridge and not freezer. The item in my opinion gets too cold and it made my head hurt worse.
