Has more types of collagen than my previous collagen powder
I've been taking collagen for quite a while now, but recently ran out of the brand that I was using. I got this one as the one I'd been using was just collagen types one and three, whereas this one offers five different types of collagen: one, two, three, five, and ten. I'm most familiar with one and three, but I figured it would be interesting to see what the difference was when two, five, and ten were added. This is a flavourless powder that is easily mixed in with smoothies, which is how I use it. You can also add it to various foods and other drinks. I've used it in both vegetable smoothies and fruit smoothies, and it doesn't seem to alter the taste at all. When mixed in a smoothie, it seems to dissolve completely, and that's true whether the smoothie is using water or some kind of nut milk. I've not tried it with dairy. There's 400 grams in this pack, which equates to 40 servings, so at the price charged, it seems to be reasonable value for money for a quality product. It's not the cheapest on the market, but nor is it the most expensive collagen product by far.

just not for me
Thought I'd start taking collagen since that's a thing we're all doing now apparently. Even though it is unflavoured and so it mixes well with water on its own, I still found the idea of it actually made me feel a bit sick. Personally, I would prefer this in a pill format - the powder just reminds me that it can be made from animal bones and connective tissue and I'm not all about that idea. The rating is purely on me, if you have a had time mentally with digesting animal products, this is probably not the best thing to purchase.

Multi-collagen just one small issue I don't like.
The media could not be loaded. Sometimes Collagen can taste off or rank, but this one tastes unflavoured and pleasant, it has more collagen types than I've ever taken in one bag before. Comes from the skin and bone of animal, fish, so it's not vegan. All the types 1, 2, 3, 5, and 10 collagen helps with a lot of aspects of the body such as...Helps with recovery of skin, hair, nails, cartilage, tendons, joint pain, muscles, blood vessels, wound healing, mineralization for new bone formation, and then some. I use this because I do sport, and it helps with recovery, as I'm getting older where the body doesn't make as much collagen as it used to when I was young. So without these supplements I get severe joint pain, and bone clicks. With it helps build the cells and tissue needed to fix this. It may also help with arthritis.Takes me usually between 10-15 days minimum taking daily dose, to 1 month repaired my bones, muscles, joint problems, the longer I took it the more recovery I felt. It doesn't fix the problems it alleviates most of the pain I get as long as I keep taking collagen products.I always use it after a workout mixed in with some amino drink with water, they can be added to soups or desserts, foods, and the dosage is 10g on a kitchen scale, mixed in with whatever you fancy. I've tried it with yoghurt, smoothies, liquid drinks, and you cannot really taste it, however on the tongue it didn't taste that bad, just tastes of plain powder a bit creamy.I personally Just don't like taking any form of eggshell supplement. This is 400g as I measured the contents on a kitchen scale came upto 401g.Current price is 29.99 I think it's not the best value for collagen, but it is the best I've seen for this many types of collagen in one product. It isn't the best tasting collagen i've had, but it's certainly no way near the worst.

Easy to ingest
The media could not be loaded. The collagen powder is made to be added easily to your food. To be honest it does have a very mild flavour which is almost undetectable but with a drink you don't feel it as it is very easy to mask. It can be added to other foods.Great idea on how to ingest collagen. Doesn't affect your digestion, easy to digest and no other problems with it.Need to mix it well.

Good collagen
Good collagen. Dissolved reasonably well in hot drinks with a bit of extra stirring. Loving the benefits.

Multi Collagen In Peptide Form
I've used multi type collagens on the past but have never found one that has all 5 collagen types and is also high bioavailabilty peptides too, until now. The benefit of peptides is that they are much more easily absorbed into the bloodstream so a lesser dose of the product is needed for the same effect. In use, I have been mixing 1 level scoop with 200ml of water as recommended and I find that if you pre-stir the water and get it moving in a vortex in the glass before adding the powder it will dissolve perfectly leaving no clumps or grittiness at all. There is a slight taste to the drink but it is not unpleasant so makes this collagen supplement easy to take. On my scales 1 level scoop is actually 12 grams and not the recommended 10 which is not really a problem other than it will reduce the supply for 40 days to 33.Overall I really like this collagen. It is quite expensive and at the higher end of pricing for this type of product but contains all 5 collagen types for maximum benefit, is easy to mix and doesn't taste rank so overall I think it is worth the price and I would recommend it.

Standard collagen powder on the more pricy side
I've tested and used more collagen supplements than I can count from the Vine programme and what I've learned is that it's basically a commodity - this is unflavoured bovine (from gelatinous / cow bones / etc). You get roughly 40 days worth if you follow the dosage recommendations. It dissolves well and is practically tasteless, a very slight off-sweet flavour but that doesn't matter to me as I mix it into smoothies.Seems great quality but when you look at the value of this, you're getting close to £1 per day to take collagen...and the thing is the body doesn't absorb and use collagen, the body makes collagen...so is it really a huge health benefit to invest in this? I don't know. It has a lot of fancy language about including all sorts of peptides that I don't understand.I give this a middle of the road score based on value compared to products that are basically all the same.
