I was waiting for this product and I was sorely disappointed by the inferior quality of the lid . Yes the pot was sealed upon arrival but once the seal was removed I noticed the lid doesn't close well . I felt it was a important aspect to keep the supplement in a sealed condition to avoid it become too exposed to other medication ( I keep it on the medicine box).So I placed it inside a plastic container with a good lid. Otherwise this capsules are very easy to swallow and with no after taste .I have taken it for 3 weeks now and although to early to see a remarkable improvement I am happy to report no I'll effects either. This is important as I have IBS and supplements can irritate my tummy.
