If you have pressure washers - this is a great kit to have - I can see no reasons not to have a kit like this. Since I got it I've been DaRinG my drains to back up on me. Well, the bathroom sink in my shop finally obliged. I grabbed my baby electric pressure washers, used the 'pointed nozzle,' (spoiler - yer going to get a little wet - I did). A couple quick trigger burst & then sustained - drains as good as new. This was just a light job - I know I can do a lot more with this kit, but it is nice to know I can clear my drains quick sans Sulfuric and other chemicals.5 Stars for The YETIANICAL 8PCS Sewer Jetter Nozzle Kit

When you need it - you need it
I've got several outdoor drains that get clogged once in a while. Previously I would call out a plumber and get hit with $200+ for the clear out. But I invested in a setup so that I could use my own pressure washer and blast out the clog on my own. I had a few tips in the set but this new set is the real deal. It has all the tip types needed for various situations. It also comes in a handy case helping to keep them from becoming part of my myriad of pieces in my tool bag. If you're doing any of your won jetting, this is a nice set of tips.

I'm not gonna lie, this thing is pretty neat.
So, in all fairness, I've not had a chance to actually clean a drain with this kit. I did hook it up to a pressure washer, and test it inside of a piece of 3" PVC I had laying around. Other than getting soaked, I haven't direct experience using it, sticking this down a drain line to clean a plug.(Mind you, me getting wet is not the fault of the tool, just bad planning and failing to understand how much water the tool jets out)What I can say is I have every reason to believe this would clean the heck out of a drain or sewer pipe, in all but the most stubborn clogs. By that I mean it seems like it would clean any organic aggregate out (poop blockage, perhaps loosen a big mat of hair or toilet paper.) It will probably struggle with actual solids, like if your kid flushes a sock or something. But for regular-old drain clogs, I'm almost excited to try this. Certainly this is going to make cleaning shower drains and p-traps annually a much less arduous endeavor. But, word of warning; make sure you have the nozzle a good distance down into the pipe before you turn on the high pressure water. The first time you use it, I'd recommend trying it in an out-door cleanout, or perhaps enclosed shower. This way, you can get a sense of how much high pressure water flows backward with some of the tips. You would not want to be standing over a poop / organic matter clogged drain and have high pressure water shooting the standing water backward, all over you.So, I'd gameplay it once with a piece of PVC like I did, before you use it. After that, the rest is obvious.

Handy tool set.
I picked up for cleaning leaf debris plugging some of the outdoor drains on the property. I'm able to (eventually) clear them with a hose and nozzle, but this set makes it quick and easy. Like others have mentioned, make sure to wear work clothes, and get the nozzle well into the pipe before you turn it on. You will get wet, all you can do is control it a bit. I also wear the face shield that I use with my string trimmer. This jetter attached easily to my pressure washer, and cleared the block quickly. I have screens that should keep this from happening, but apparently I need to do some more work on them. The plastic case keeps all the pieces together so that I don't lose them. The quick connector does the job, though I need to pick up a few more. And I have another roll of random teflon tape to go in the drawer with the others! Hopefully I won't need this kit too often, but when I do, it'll make the job quick and easy.

Decent Jetter Nozzle Set, Includes Quick Coupler Adapter, but no M22 Adapters.
I haven't actually had a chance to use these yet, but I will say, I'm pretty pleased with the set. However, I will mention, these are not going to fit on the end of your typically pressure washer hose, but with the included adapter, they will fit the coupler on the end of your pressure washer sprayer wand, which will limit your cleaning work with these to the length of your wand. So if you want to run a length of hose down a drain pipe for example, you will need either a pressure washer hose that has either 1/4" M-NPT threads on the end or one that is already outfitted with a 1/4" quick coupler. But, the more cost-effective option would be to source an M22 to 1/4" NPT adapter, which will enable you to be able to use or existing pressure washer hose with these. That aside, its a nice compact kit. It includes 6 different jetter nozzles with different spray patterns to match your needs. It also includes an adapter that threads into the back of 5 of those nozzles to allow it to but utilized with the quick coupler. They even include some teflon thread tape. The case is actually hinged and hinged clasps to hold it closed. The nozzles are held nicely in some EVA foam cut out to hold each nozzle perfectly! They include a product manual, though there are no traditional instructions, mostly just pictures that show the spray patterns. 4 stars because this kit would have been a lot more practical to most home owners if it included a M22 to 1/4" NPT adapter. (Note that gas pressure washers use M22-14mm, and electric pressure washers use M22-15mm).
