I purchased this supplement because I cannot take any of the fish oil supplements. They upset my stomach and I'm burping fish taste for hours. This one has none of that. There is no noticeable taste and they are easy to swallow. As to whether this supplement helps to lower my triglycerides, time will tell.

Works but makes me extremely sleepy, would have preferred a smaller dose but loos like this is the only dose they make. Love this brand though, just wish it was a 500 mg dosage

Settles well after taken on my stomach only wish it came in a bigger size

Needed an alternative for the fishy smell of the other ones and this one did the work.

My Dr recommended I use this. So far no complaints.

Doctor told me to take omega 3 fish oil. What a nasty ordeal! Burped fish for days! These plant based omega 3s, however, do not have the nasty burps or smell of fish oil. So glad to find something I can take. I highly recommend these!
