Kalan Matcha Amaranth Flour Wafer Thins, Vegan and Sugar-free, Pack of 3

I stress eat, so I have gained a lot of weight in recent years. I am trying to eat healthier while still allowing myself to snack. These are a great option because they are fairly large, and there many wafers per package, so I can munch on them without gobbling down a lot of fat and sugar. The flavor is VERY delicate — just a hint of flavor — but that is ok with me. (They do remind me of communion wafers, but I like those, so that is a benefit!) They do make you thirsty if you eat a lot at once, but I see this as a benefit because it forces me to drink more water, which I need to do anyway.The only drawback is the price. These are a bit expensive. But because they are a healthy snack, I am willing to pay the price (for as long as I can afford to do so).

These are great when you want something without the guilt! Low calorie, Light in flavor, fun amaranth wafers....I have nothing bad to say! Thank you so much! ☺️🫶

These taste like edible paper that is used in baking for tracing. I gave one to my husband and asked him to tell me the flavor, he said, plain. I bought the coconut, there is not anything even close to that in the flavor. If you like communion wafers you would like these. YUK, not my idea of a snack. Money wasted and going in the trash.

I didn't give 5 stars just because I was expecting a little more sweet. But the flavors wer good, my favorite was coconut. I'm still feeling that those are expensive. I think the quality of the product was good. In general I like it.
