Not only is this case sleek, smooth, Irvine, and modern; it is practical and highly effective. The back stand seems to be loose, or weak. But, it is very sturdy and has never failed me. The design is smooth and it is not too soft to where feels flimsy, and not hard to where it feels brittle. When put on correctly, the two pieces of the case seamlessly hold together. It is not too bulky, but it is also not so thin that it feels useless. The edges rise up above this phone screen, so that if there’s a fall on the side it will not crack the screen, or for falls face down it will not crack.The iPhone 8 is completely surrounded by glass, and Apple is notoriously known for its brittle glass. I purchased this phone case in December of 2017 for my iPhone 8 plus. It is still on my phone, in great condition. As much as I wish I didn't, I drop my phone A LOT. Most of the colored coating on this case has scratched off due to daily wear and tear, as well as my unintentional and frequent abuse. Funny enough, I actually like the base color better than the coating. But I don't mind the scratches and stripped coating regardless. What matters to me is that my phone is protected; there could be a giant picture of Danny DeVito in the nude on this case and I wouldn't care. This thing is heavy freaking duty. I would compare it to an Otter Box, but for 1/4 of the price. Paired with a glass screen, my phone is indistructible. I have dropped it on gravel, pavement, tile, cement, carpet, corners of furniture, my face, from up high and from down low, and pretty much everywhere in between. My phone looks brand new when you take this thing off, and I've never had any technical side effects of dropping it either. Considering my phone was made by Apple, you know that's a big deal (cough their products are made to break cough). Taking it off and putting it back on is super easy, you just pull the rubber part off of the edges. Even the kickstand is in fantastic condition. Let me reiterate- I have had this case for over a year and I couldn't be happier. I feel truly blessed to have purchased this case on a whim and I definitely anticipate it will protect my phone for years to come. I have traveled internationally with this case, I have been in severe car accidents with this case, I have taken great photos with this case (my phone camera has never come close to shattering), and I have thrown it around carelessly all the while. Once this case craps out, I'm buying another one without hesitation. Fantastic value for the money, especially with a pretty much 100% guarantee that my poorly constructed, walking time-bomb of a phone is fully protected. I would definitely recommend pairing this with a glass screen, though, if you're as accident-prone as I am. All in all, I could not be more satisfied with my purchase and I am so, so grateful for how well this case has held up.

This works great. Sturdy, fantastic color. It has foam pads on the interior for cushioning impact. The pop out kick stand fastens securely with no jiggle. Buttons feel nice and have muted clicks. A much needed replacement of my old one from the same company (which still works great, but was so old the that clear section looked stained). I’ll order from them again when I need another.

I liked the smooth feel of the case. I didn’t use the kick stand so no opinion about that part. The only issue I had was with the power/lock button is that it was hit or miss when making a screenshot. The buttons are flush which does adds to the sleek design but I prefer the raised button covers as they are easy to find and use. It is a nice case just not my preference and I did end up buying a different one.

Great phone case for my iPhone 8 Plus. I bought my first case here a little over 6 years ago and it was a tank. It survived countless drops and even being stepped on. Thanks to the old case my phone is still killing ass after over 6 years! Just bought my second one of these cases. Hopefully this case lasts at least 6 years. Love the kick stand for watching shows and movies on my phone too.

I have purchased >5 cases are "for iphone 8+" and this is the BEST one. It fits snugly and perfectly, and the buttons are highly functional and well-built. Great product.

First impression: I absolutely loved it! The black cover looks really nice on my black phone. I like how easy it is to hold, and it has enough grip that It won’t slide out of your hands. And the kickstand is just fun, also if it falls off it just clicks back in, so that’s a plus.Downside: As you can see from the pictures there is a part of the phone cover that is pretty flimsy, there is a silicon indent by the phone volume cover and that is where the hard plastic clips on. I’m a bit nervous that it might break off. So far it’s been sturdy, but I can just see that a rouge string from your pants might rip it off or do some damage to the case.All in all: It’s a great case for only $15 I would buy again simply because Spigion does GREAT phone cases.Update*** I really like this case!
