I purchased this INKBIRD product 4 months ago and used it at least once, if not twice a day before it died in the middle of a vacuum seal job. Although it did have 3 bars of power lit, I nevertheless charged it to be sure, but it was dead. I contacted the seller and began to correspond with their Customer Service Representative, Lily, who exerted great effort to try and see if we could fix the problem with their technical support team, but to no avail. After several tries and videos, and with Lily following their proper procedure to make sure the unit was actually dead, which it was, they did stand by their product and they did replace the unit for which I am very grateful.I especially appreciate Lily who worked very diligently, thoroughly, and patiently to be sure that the unit needed to be replaced before placing a new replacement order. Thank you for your outstanding Customer Service, and thank you for standing by your product as it is very user friendly with a nice slim design and great suction power.

The media could not be loaded. I just received my InkBird cordless vacuum Sealer model Ink-VS06 from Amazon.It looks nice on my countertop it is very elegant. Works very well and is easy to use. Having the bags stored inside really helps.This sealer has a vacuum and seals way fast so easy to use.Overall, I like it and it works great and performs well.Most importantly, I love the bag storage compartment included with this sealer.Overall, this cordless sealer is a great investment and I highly recommend it. You won’t regret it. I’m adding a video showing how easy it is to operate.Great machine, buy it. You won’t regret it. Well worth the investment.

Did not get what I expected, not even close.First, I've been finding it more and more difficult to actually figure out what a product will be like from Amazon. The site is flooded with noname, suddenly appearing and disappearing sellers/makers. They in turn have descriptions that generate an appearance of good info, with alot of images. But they have deceptive images from AI, bad translations, despite having AI to help write it, tired templates showing the "old" models versus their version. These are comparisons with nothing that you're actually going to see. And despite all the images, they still leave you without real images of the product and parts.Well, this product is no different. It's not clear from the info on the site that the five bags included are just made of the same free roll they send, just previously sealed at one and cut at the other. It's not a perk to give customers what they can easily do on their own. The roll itself is, to me, surprisingly flimsy. It seems insubstantional and I don’t feel comfortable with it. The sealer is unacceptable. It forms a single seal about 2mm wide. You can make your own double seal by sliding it slightly and sealing again. Okay.When I try to vac and seal something in with the push of one button it seems to take a very long time to decide the vacuum has gone as far as possible. Yet, if I choose the moist option instead of dry, it takes even longer without any indication it's actually fully vacuuming the air.The unit is light and compact, but that seems more a result of being cheaply made and to serve expedience, rather than sturdy and quality in a compact package.I don't really need to go into my issues with the vacuum and the construction, though. They tiny heat seal depth is enough of a killer on its own. This is going back. But, I suppose it is worth going into this detail about how they make it difficult to get a real feel for the product online. I wish it were easy to find products in retail to see for myself before I purchase, but it's not encouraging out there. I am a person who actually makes a point of getting items from a retailer if they provide the real, in person demo access. It's only fair, besides, the retail landscape has stabilized in some ways, where they'll price match in their brick and mortar with online prices like Amazon. I just wish retail hadn't declined as much as it has.Anyway, that's the review. It's insufficient and unacceptable to me. I'll keep looking and maybe just spend more. Oh, by the way, the price, though pretty low, was not the core reason I chose this and it's not an inflexible issue for me. I just need to get decent quality for what I pay. At $60+ before taxes, this is as effective as a bag sealer and a hand held pump would be on its own. It's not like you're getting a decent $80 item on a good sale.Nuff said. Cheers.

The media could not be loaded. This is so simple to use,no cord needed and the seal is amazing. We vac seal a lot of stuff from our garden. This has been so handy to use outside and not have to get an extension cord. I use my kitchen table instead of my counter. This has made vacuum sealing so simple. I don't have to deal with an extension cord in the middle of my kitchen anymore. We camp a lot and always have leftovers.This has been so handy for storing leftovers in the cooler. Great seal on this and another great product from Inkbird.

This is a great vacuum sealer! It’s powerful, pretty fast, and totally portable. In fact, the other day I tossed it into the car and sealed up some freshly caught fish right at the dock (pictured). The suction is quite good, although I haven’t tested how long it can go without recharging. So far I have not experienced any reduction in power compared to the unit’s corded brethren. I also really like that you can seal your custom sized bags quite close to the edge. While unit does not hold a huge amount of bag material, it does hold a fair amount - and I really like that InkBird sends you two rolls of material and an extra gasket. I have an older FoodSaver v3800 that is still going strong, but this InkBird is now going to be my go-to sealer. Sorry FoodSaver….In short, I would absolutely recommend this sealer.

I can’t be happier with this

Worked great AT FIRST and had GREAT PROMISE……. UNTIL IT COMPLETELY DIED. Only lasted long enough for the return to expire. You’d have better luck sucking the air out yourself and sealing with a hair flat iron so don’t waste your money. Stopped working at random without warning and now it’s a COMPLETE POS and I’m SOL. DEFINITELY CANNOT SUPPORT AND ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
