In my opinion, I found the engineering, design, manufacture and overall quality of this ramp to be excellent. Closely controlled dimensional manufacturing tolerances are evident in numerous hole center locations which line up perfectly when assembling mating parts. Quality materials and fasteners are used throughout, and even the protective packaging for shipment was excellent. Using the instruction sheet, fasteners and two Hex Allen Wrenches supplied by the manufacturer, I found it very easy and fast to assemble the component parts into our finished ramp. After installation, the handrails are secure, and a couple of bricks placed under the manufacturer's already-provided reinforced middle hinged area resolved whatever very minimal deflection might have been noticeable when the combined weight of two persons plus a wheelchair were rolled across mid-span. Our installed ramp looks great and works perfectly. I would not hesitate to purchase another of these ramps if needed for an additional entryway.

We needed a ramp for one of our retirees. It comes on a pallet and the 10’ ramp unfolds. You attach some support brackets, attach the rails, and mount it.

This ramp was easy to put together and works very well. Great value for the cost. The only thing that needs a changed in the design is there should be a leg on the brace at the joint. We put bricks under this area for extra support as we felt there was too much flex in this area. It does have a support bar that goes across the joint but it needs a leg added here that goes from the ramp to the ground.

Love the ramp. Did put brick under to stabilize it better since it does not have legs/feet. My disabled daughter who is quite heavy walked up easily using the sturdy handrails. This was perfect for us and much cheaper than the nearly $7,000 ramp I was quoted by a local company.

Our church bought this ramp for an elder having trouble getting up and down stairs. The ramp was made of good quality material. Easy to set up and considerably sturdy. The only problem was it needed a little extra support under the middle section just for extra support. A wooden ledge was installed and it was good to go. Will buy a second one for sure.

Easy to.install. Looks and works greatAm disabled and this helps me get into house without having to use stairs. Installed from garage into kitchen so if weather is bad ramp will be dry for walking on and for bringing in packages.Delivery was within 1 week

Thought I measured the height to length correctly but could have gotten the12 foot ramp. Happy to have gotten the10 foot, as it was a heavy box! We slid it to its location and assembled it there. Assembly was easy. It is serving its purpose well, although it has quite a bit of flex and is rather noisy. The surface is non-slip but we may need to add carpet for winter.
