I have two of these and they work magnificently. I put one in my camper and one in my bedroom because my HVAC unit doesn’t do great downstairs. I know I wasn’t supposed to put it on a table, but I did so that I could run the water out the window as well as the air hose. It heats and cools phenomenally.

Heat doesn't heat and AC doesn't cool. Just blows air. I followed all directions and went through the manual several times. Threw away the box (big mistake, I know), too big to ship back. Stuck with a $300+ unit that is just sitting in my way.

For the most part, it works great. The thermostat is a little off and can be inconsistent. Will not work if temp outside is under freezing. Can set thermostat to 67 and it will burn me out and something have to turn it up to 74 just to get it to come on. Has been a life saver this winter with no central heat.

I generally do not do reviews, but I believe this unit stands up to its word. Meaning it cools very well, and the heater seems to do well also. With ambient temp at 60 the heater puts out 105 deg F. The AC with ambient temp at 100 deg F, put out a cool 55. I would have to say that this isn't too shabby. Some complain about fan noise. Guessing they don't maybe remember that AC window units are probably worse. I believe this unit is a good value for the money.

This machine both cools my enclosed porch in the summer and warms it in the winter. It takes up a minimal amount of space and was easily installed.

Heater sucks it barely blows warm and takes almsot 2 minutes to actually start blowing

In order for it to drain out a window, the unit has to be raised off the ground.

Probably the best room air conditioner I've seen yet. Works great.
