I purchased this as a replacement to a collagen supplement I was already using . I’ve only been on this one week . It dissolves well in my morning coffee with no noticeable taste or clumps. I moved to this as it has extra ingredients like biotin and vitamin C which I was taking separately . Hoping it’s as good as my last one with added benefits . Since taking collagen my joint aches and pains have gone . Skins and nails are improved and my skin isn’t as dry . I’m 53 and not overly wrinkly hopefully I will stay that way taking this product.. it’s cheaper than my last multi collagen and has added extra benefits so I’m very happy 😊

Inspiriko Type I, II and III Collagen Powder. I’m half way through my second pack and I’ve noticed an improvement in the condition of my hair and nails. My nails are stronger they don’t split or break anymore. My hair is softer and stronger. My sin is plumping up slowly it’s started to look younger I’ll definitely keep using this product.As to taste, in my opinion there is a taste it’s not horrible. I tried different flavours to pair it with, I found dissolving it in hot water then adding a camomile and honey T bag my favourite.

I love this collagen and take it every day and have been using it for a year or so now. I’ve moved from taking it in coffee to taking it in a protein shake. It dissolves totally, without to much trouble, but I get a little after taste in coffee that I don’t get in shakes, hence the switch. I started taking this for general health and I have noticed a great improvement in my skin texture and nail strength and it covers most of the bases with the various forms of collagen it includes. 4 stars as I can taste it but it’s not as pronounced a taste as all other collagen powders I’ve tried, so very happy with it and will continue to use going forward.

I've been taking these capsules for just under 2 months and I can definitely feel an improvement, particularly in my knees and elbows. They kind of make my stomach feel full after taking them, not sure why. Started taking just 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening the first week, as recommended. Then moved to 2 morning and 2 evening. It's on the expensive side, but I can see the benefits.

I have been taking these for just under a year and it does wonders for my achy joints, hair, skin and nails. My complexion is more even and more hydrated and the dark circles under my eyes have gone. My skin is smooth and my face and hands are less wrinkly.

Didn’t notice any difference whatsoever to anything after taking them for a month. Packet says to take for 8 weeks so will give the benefit of doubt.

I use these collagen tablets in conjunction with a woman's collagen powder....these tablets contain all the different collagen types and are excellent to use....it recommends taking one tablet to start with and build up to taking 2 tablets in each dose....I take one in a morning and one at night....they do not upset my tummy and are very good (excellent in fact)...for repairing soft tissues and joints in my body and especially good at repairing my facial lines....my crows feet have completely disappeared and the lines on my forehead have really smoothed out....I will be buying more of them
