User’s weight on the strip of fabric between the two wedges secures both wedges so that they don’t more around.I would recommend this item for anyone with sleep APNEA who is trying to transition from a back sleeper to a side sleeper. Apneic events dramatically decreased with transition to side sleeper. You can teach an old dog new tricks with a forcing wedge behind the back.

I'm on a journey of trying all the things to help with snoring and sleep apnea. I am a back sleeper, a sleep study says I do much better on my side. This seemed perfect. But I still ended up on my back. It is a cool concept of the two wedge pillows connected by an adjustable piece of fabric. But no adjusting prevents me from getting on my back again.

Great product to use when adult had to stay in one position following surgery. Improved sleep, did not have to worry about movement. Heavy and sturdy.

I bought this for my bedridden mother in law so we could get the pressure off her back and prevent bed sores. We tried the kind of wedges used to sit up in bed to read but she would slide right down them and end up on her back again. This wedge pillow set works great and keeps her on her side! Sometimes, when we don't have it snug enough, she can slide a little towards her back but not all the way. That is prevented by fitting the wedges more snugly. The outside cover unzips so you can remove the foam and wash the cover. I haven't tried machine washing the the middle connector part because I'm afraid of the velcro catching/snagging other items in the wash but it's fast and easy to hand wash. I would recommend this to others who want to be held on their side while sleeping.
