Though the product is good but there is a big issue with this product. This product has a 16 A 250 V plug which does not easily fit to any socket. This is usually bigger then ur computer or fridge plug. This does not fit even to any extension code. For this you have to call electrician and permanently fix 16A 250 V socket to ur electric board. Though this product is portable but how will you use it anywhere? since it will not fit any socket. Additionally this product was only replaceable not returnable after seeing this type of plug I wanted to return it but unfortunately I am not allowed so be aware of this. Ussual we don't get to see this type of big plug to any hair dryer but this one of the big drawback I feel this product has otherwise this product is ligh weight and good. I got this product yesterday till now I am not able to test it because I am not getting any socket electrician have to come then only I can test the product.
