I’ve only been taking these about a month now and so far they seem to be having a positive effect on me. I’m sleeping better and I have more energy during the day than I had before. I do still wake up a bit groggy, but I also take 1mg of melatonin to help me sleep so it could be that.I take them at night before bed since I have a sensitive stomach and I’ve had no problem so far with them upsetting my stomach as others have said. I just ordered my second bottle a d will try to remember to update my review as I continue trying these out.

I’ve been taking this magnesium supplement for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed. It contains three different types of magnesium, which I’ve read helps with better absorption—and it really seems to make a difference.I mainly started taking it to help with sleep, and I can definitely tell I fall asleep easier and feel more rested in the mornings. It’s gentle on my stomach and easy to take—no weird aftertaste either.If you’re looking for something to help you unwind and sleep better at night, I definitely recommend giving this one a try!

Like that this product is made locally within the US and contains 5 different forms of magnesium in a single form of a pill. So far I have not noticed any difference in terms of things like nerve function pain relief, better sleep, or muscle health but will report back after finishing the bottle. Like that the ingredients have been verified by a third party tester and the pills are easy to swallow without any aftertaste

I’ve been taking magnesium glycinate for a long time now but have read about other forms of magnesium that offer health benefits, too. I had run out of my magnesium for a while and wasn’t sleeping well. It took me a minute to make the connection. Once I started taking this I started sleeping better again.This checks all the boxes as far as safety and quality (3rd party tested, made in USA, GMP certified, sugar-gluten-soy-antibiotic-free). It’s a nice combo of several forms of Mg. It does have mag citrate which aids bowel movements, and I’ve noticed an increase in activity there ha, but I’m adjusting my fiber intake to even that out. It has over 100% of the recommended daily intake, but I don’t see a breakdown of each type of magnesium - and tbh I’m not educated on how much of each a person needs. I would like to know though.Overall I really like this product. It’s a mineral I need/want. It’s high quality. I need it for all the reasons it says it helps, and I can confidently testify that it helps sleep and constipation - the rest are up in the air as I have some nerve and muscle/joint issues that aren’t diagnosed - maybe they’re beyond a mere supplement idk. I don’t notice any adverse side effects from it.
