LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! These! I ordered a second set because well my brain is trained to have a weight in both hands. Also, cuts down on the time of my workout. Get them you will not regret it.

Heavy and durable metal core with a comfortable coating that feels fairly durable. Nice and versatile exercise weights. I do wish they had 2 matching weights in the set or at least 2 that together add up to a third while being convenient to hold together, but I guess if you really want that, you have to get 2 sets of these...Overall seems like a simple and versatile weights set that can be used for many different exercise routines.

Good weight set. Very nice coating, thick and durable, washes well and prevents slipping or dropping. Like other reviewers I wish it was pairs, but if you think if them like a kettlebell in a different shape, then there are still plenty of uses. Nice range of small weights for exercise videos or multiple reps. Good quality and giftable.

I enjoy using these for my workouts. They are easy to maintain and are actually easy to utilize as well. I haven't had any issues with any wear and tear. This is worth the price value.

I have to admit that I like the design of these weights much more than I like a standard kettlebell or even a dumbbell. The shape makes them easy to grip and perfect for two-handed exercises when you are strengthening your core. The PVS coating ensures a solid grip, even when your hands start to get sweaty. The assortment of sizes allows you to progress gradually, building strength as you go. I highly recommend this weight set.

Took a point off for not including imperial units, otherwise these weight rings are fantastic! The cast iron core makes them feel durable enough for any exercise and hard abuse. The PVC coating is thick enough to provide a nice grip for my large hands, but not so thick that smaller hands couldn't grab them. The octagonal shape provides easy handholds for a variety of exercises. They also nest inside of each other for storage.Mainly ordered these for the Mrs., but I've started using them as well. The ring shape has made squats more comfortable than using a dumbbell or kettlebell. I can hold it out like a steering wheel or bring it close to my chest. Performing sit-ups and oblique twists with these had my core burning after a few sets. Highly recommend these for anyone interested in a different kettlebell or dumbbell experience.

Bought these for our daughter so she can safely get into working out. These serve lot of functions and have been working great for us.

I ordered these weights for my son to use for his homeschool physical fitness course. None of the weights are too heavy, with the heaviest being 4.5kg (roughly 9.9lbs for those who need it to be in imperial units). The weights themselves feel solid, as they should, being made with a cast iron core. They're also comfortable in-hand. I have used them in place of my kettlebells for squats and lunges, and I think I slightly prefer their shape to that of a kettlebell. My only gripe is that I wish it came with two sets of each weight. I will likely order another set solely for that reason.
