My tub leaked after 4 uses I need a seal for door but they have not provided a new one it’s been 4 months

The tub arrived on time, the installation took less than 1/2 day to install. Wonderful to bath again.

Very disappointed! Zero follow up services!
The whirlpool feature has not been working from the beginning. Now none of the jets work after only a very short period. The company is asking me to repair the problem and is not providing a service call. I bought this for my 88 year mother as a birthday gift, we are very disappointed and wish we would have gone with another company.

Not 110v it is 220V
The pump is 220V not 110V as advertised.

No customer support
Tub shows E3 error code after only two months of use. Empava will not return phone calls or email. Empava won’t even confirm E3 is error code for bad motor. Bad company for customer support

rubbish
too long to fill. (about an hour).......no effective after sales service......warranty useless (will not pay for replacing defective parts,.....manual not very good....apart from all that .....it is in my opinion RUBBISHI regret buying it.!!
