I absolutely love these, they are expensive but they do actually taste really good. All of the less expensive electrolytes always have a strange taste and this is completely different. Feel like they are effective and definitely makes it easier to hydrate for someone that doesn’t always keep up with drinking enough.

Only ok. Lemon Lime is weak at best, the lychee is a nicer, stronger flavour. Prefer another brand, notice more of a difference with them than these. Saw all the social media hype and it doesn't stack up for me. No energy difference when used for training, not very effective.

Really enjoy this product. Can definitely feel a difference in my energy levels. Also makes me drink more water. I enjoy the flavours.

BE VERY CAREFUL!!!This product is very good. It’s one of the best electrolyte products that I have used and if you are someone with no health issues are highly recommended. However, please note do not use this if you have any specific medical issues especially around kidneys and heart. Definitely check with your doctors or consultants before you consume this.Otherwise, if you are fit and well with no underlying health conditions, seriously consider this to any other products in the market.
