It was very easy to use with the instructions provided inside. My experience after using it was excellent as it lasts till a full session and the water pressure is just accurate making it safe to use. the build quality is phenomena + comfortable grip. A good investment!

I purchased this product as my dentist suggested dental flosser of some other popular brand, since I was immediately travelling abroad with the confidence that MEDTECH was a known company in medicare products, the reviews and it backed it up with a 365 day warranty. I have carried the Flosser and am presently still travelling abroad. Certainly a greatly built product l round worked well for about a week when I had left India. It's still working, but the flossing in all modes except the DIY mode is very aggressive and hurts the teeth, restricting my use to the DIY mode. Otherwise a good battery life, sturdy build, all as expected.I hope MEDTECH resolves this issue when I return back to Mumbai early July 2025! I hope they do! I would then, revise my 3 star rating to 5 star that it deserves!
