Grandson loves it
This is my third Apitor Robot purchase. My grandson who received this for his birthday says it is the best yet. His mother likes it because after he puts it together by the instructions, he gets creative and makes his own robots.

Robot R(Entry-level)
Sort of like a Lego Technic set with the added bonus of being programable. Pretty cool if you have the time & focus. While it's a lot of fun to build, having to assemble everything means that it takes a while before you can get to the programming aspect, which is both a pro & a con, depending on your situation.

Awesome kit for programming and robotics for both beginners and experienced kids
Really awesome kit for an introduction into robotics and programming. Even great for kids that have some background in it. Our nephew who has been taking robotics and programming classes loves playing with this kit when he comes over. He mentions that this is similar to the process in his classes. As an added bonus, without the programming side of this, these are just building kits. Great all-in-one “toy” that hits on a few different aspects of education. Good option if you want something different for your kids who are into building.

Very nice!
I got this for my son and he liked it. He likes building Legos so this was a no Brainer. It's similar and educational at the same time. And he got to use his phone with it so that's a plus. Teens are always on there phones so this is a good accessory for that.

Kids love this
My kids love old movies and well this reminds them of one of the movies we watched. They have been spending hours playing with this and the fact that it works with all the other products, they can expand on there imagination.Having it connect to the tablet/phones is also what they love as they can save there coding.

Fun Robot
This robot building kit is a great mix of creativity and technology! The 6-in-1 design makes it really fun to experiment with different builds, and the programmable app remote adds an interactive touch. The setup is pretty straightforward, and it’s a great way to learn while having fun. Whether for kids or even adults who love building, this is definitely a cool kit to have!

Really neat idea - turned out to be a really fun project for my daughter and I
We have not tested the "programming" option yet, so can't comment on that. Also, we have only built the off road jeep-like vehicle (which is the only instructions that come with the box - the other builds must be found on the app). So, first, building is a lot of fun. I worked with my 5 year old daughter on this and we had a blast. I primarily just had her work at finding the pieces for each step and I assembled, but she did some assembly as well. I think she probably could have done most of it with me just supervising, but I could tell she was wanting to get it together as soon as possible. Anyways, the instructions were pretty clear in my opinion, so that is a definite 5 star for that aspect.Regarding the driving, it works ok. The wheels don't actually turn - instead, the "driving wheels" just change which one is driving and that sort of makes it turn. Accordingly, this is why it doesn't really turn very sharp. So, in that department, I'd rate it a 3 out of 5.So looking at it overall, we thoroughly enjoyed building it and had zero snags. And my daughter is loving driving it around. So a good 4 out of 5 seems appropriate.
