Horrible Product!
I purchased this refrigerator on December 28th, 2024. Last week, it began leaking water and overheating. After contacting customer care, a technician was sent out and the PCB (board) was replaced. However, the very next day, the fridge stopped working again. Then they replaced the fuse, but the following day it stopped cooling altogether. The technician suggested checking the electrical socket and earthing, so I called an electrician who confirmed that everything is in proper condition.In just one week, the refrigerator has been repaired three times, yet the issues persist. I reached customer care again, and they eventually provided the manager’s contact number. When I requested a replacement, I was told it’s not possible.How can a brand-new refrigerator develop so many problems within just four months? Since the product is still under warranty, I am requesting a replacement. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I’ve been dealing with these issues for over a week. I strongly advise not purchase a Godrej refrigerator to any of my friends. Consider buying from other brands, preferably through local electronic stores where you can easily follow up in person if needed.

Poor Design
To open these fridge doors you must use both hands, it is not a friendly design...If you buy this product you will regret it, if u buy this fridge even after reading my review and neglecting my reviews then you will regret it 100%...the door handles are provided in such a way that a person should use his/her both hands to open the doors...its poor design...The fridge is overall good....and another problem is it doesn't have a stopper for its back 2 wheels which is again a design mistake...as I said to open its door u need to use both your hands...when u use both ur hands this fridge will move in different directions since it doesn't have a stopper...but if u buy a fridge stand it is going to be a nightmare since if u use ur both hands to open this doors, now the fridge will fall down from its fridge stand...so before buy this fridge think twice...

Manufacturing defects
I purchased this refrigerator during the first week of December but did not start using it right away because I already had another refrigerator. A technician came for the installation but only explained the functions and left without checking the cooling.Since that very day, the refrigerator has not been cooling at all. I have filed three or four complaints, and as of today, January 10, 2025, the service team is telling me that if I want a replacement of the same model, I must wait; otherwise, I should make an additional payment to switch to another model.How is this my fault? The refrigerator has not been cooling from Day One, and filing complaints has made no difference. Now, the replacement process has also become problematic.What rating should I give them…?
