I’ve been using the Frido Dual Gel Pro Shoe Insoles (Small Size, UK 5–8) on a daily basis at work, and I must say they’ve made a noticeable difference in comfort and support. I’m often on my feet for long hours, and these insoles provide excellent shock absorption and stability throughout the day.The anti-sweat feature keeps my feet dry, and the gel cushioning feels soft yet supportive. They also fit easily into my shoes after trimming — very convenient!Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable foot support and comfort during long working hours.

Good product, Arch support and gel insol is good.Some issues with getting the cut right before placing it in the show - should be easier for the customer.

I bought these Frido Dual Gel Insoles for my husband in February 2025, and he’s been really happy with them. He spends a lot of time on his feet, and these insoles have made a noticeable difference in terms of comfort and support. The gel padding is soft yet firm, and it helps reduce foot pain after long hours.They were easy to trim to fit his shoes perfectly, and they don’t slip around once in place. The quality feels good, and the anti-microbial layer is a bonus. He says his shoes feel much more comfortable now.

Provides no comfort. Promises so much but delivers nothing. No cushioning at the mid foot and fore foot, just a thin rubbery (promised as gel) sole. Neither provides any comfort nor absorbs any shock. Unnecessarily overpriced, such quality you can find from local stores, no need to waste so much money on a below average product. I have been using Decathlon's gel insole since long, that is much much much better than this.
