I really like the look of this product. It fit nearly perfectly in the existing 24” cabinet and the electrical connection was fairly easy, but you do need to hook in the pigtail supplied and wire it into your 220V line - it’s not a plug. It heated quickly to do the initial burn off of the surface oils. The controls are easy for me but not so much for my very elderly mom. They are a bit odd, particularly with the right timer/on knob that can turn the oven off when the timer dings. We won’t use that feature, just leave it in the on position and turn the oven on or off with the middle knob. She had a hard time turning the large knobs, but this shouldn’t be a problem for most. Her big complaint was that that there was only one baking rack supplied but two roasting pans she will never use. I’ve contacted the manufacturer about getting another rack. In the end she was able to turn the middle knob to “bake” and adjust the temp as needed. Great value for the money and nice clean modern looks.

I Love these gas wall ovens!!! And am very pleased with the price and the delivery process from Amazon, who has furnished 60 percent of our home.Our kitchen is really small, and we had so much trouble finding a 24 inch “natural gas” double wall oven unit. Seems like only 32 inch gas (but mainly electric) wall ovens are being made these days.We had to buy each unit at a separate cost, but it was/is well worth it!You just can’t walk into a store anymore to look at a large variety of wall ovens for a hands on experience, everything is online now. That’s why we are very thankful for Amazon and relied on the reviews for an honest opinion and experience.We were also able to purchase additional oven racks at a great price from the seller. I personally Love the option of cooking and baking at the same time with these double ovens and removable oven racks.The only thing that is a bit of a challenge to manage is the temperature knob. When baking I wish the exact numbers were listed on the knob, so I don’t have to remember how many inches apart the temperature numbers are (like a watch that only displays the 12 and 6).We are also very Pleased with the Customer Care from the Seller and Amazing staff at Thermomate. Although the purchase was made through Amazon, the Thermomate team is always available and still treats us as valued customers for any issues we may have with both ovens. Purchased this gas oven during our kitchen remodel and because we like cooking with gas, well did like cooking with gas. I am afraid I am going to be out $700. I cannot say much good about this gas oven except it is a convenient size. #1. It is really hard to light. I mash down that igniter like no tomorrow and wait easily 10-15 seconds for it not to light. After several iterations it will light the bake burner. The broiler lights almost instantly. #2 After we get the oven lit it stays on for about 5 minutes and then goes off leading us to light it again. #3 The Bake function where we do most of our cooking is 40 degrees hotter than the setting per a digital thermometer.All in all we are past the Amazon return policy and all the boxing is in the trash. I am going to write the company and if we get a positive response will update this review on the outcome.3/1/25 edit: The company has been relatively non responsive. They asked for pictures and videos which clearly show the issues and offered a $50 dollar refund that I refused. Now dead silent. Rating goes to 1/2 star.3/30/25 edit: The company refuses to honor what I think is a defective item. They quit responding to requests to fix the oven. Their only response they had is to offer a $50 back - which I denied. Bad customer service as well as product.

Correcting my previous review ..The oven was beautiful, cooks well, but the timer didn't work customer service, was trying to help, then we found out that apparently the oven was damaged in shipping . Customer support by email was great. They replaced the oven and we upgraded to the digital and couldn't be happier! It's beautiful, heats fast, love that there are no exposed heat elements, the front stays cool.. cooks perfectly. I would highly recommend this oven..and this company

The installation was super easy! It was & is challenging to turn on ....... we actually considered returning the item. The price was great! And it serves its purpose. If it wasn't for the failure of our EMPAVA gas wall oven we NEVER would have tried/ purchased THERMOMATE brand, same size & about the same price. We are giving only 4 stars because turning the oven requires at least 12 second push hold then release & turn down for standard bake function. And it gets SUPER HOT FOR GAS OVEN (WE HAVE ALWAYS USED GAS .... THIS SEEMS THERMO..... HOT!) It looks good & works good!

Beautiful oven. I was sad that it btownd top first, and the thermostat is incorrect.

We love the size and the ease of the three light up knobs, no need for expensive fancy models that cost over $1000.00, this unit is wonderful and was a breeze to install

Really nice oven and cooks well. Installment was easy once we adjusted our cabinet. Watch my video I explained the knobs and on/off functions. Having two buttons I can see a safety precaution. Timer different from my previous but not an issue for me.I love it and look forward to baking.
