These are natural , safe ingredients and work for the men in my life. These tablets work well and have no side effects at all. for them.Men who say are having problems because of diabetes find that cutting out sugar and carbs to help themselves get better and taking these really works for the,So far they have used this formula and not this brand but this is the same ingredients that work well for the all the times. This packet makes these £2.25 a tablet. That is good value though other makes, in larger sized packets , are a bit cheaper. they are £2.00 a tablet but you have to buy more. So about the same in price.

Came in a small, discreet box and does exactly what it should. Felt the effects within 30-45 minutes. It did make me feel slightly unwell for a short period, but nothing major. No other side effects

These work well and have a very strong effect, these are 150mg of Ginseng which may not work on everyone but for £9.95 (at time of review) for 4 tablets they are worth a try, if they do work then they are cheaper than the alternative blue pills of a well known brand, plus these are more natural.

I don't know how it is made to work with just "herbal" ingredients - but these little blue diamond-shaped tablets called Kamantra do have the active ingredient. The same brand also make others in different colours with the same shape - but I tested the blue ones.The effects starts about 30 minutes after taking and peaks at about an hour and then stays active for the whole evening.The side effects are typical for sildenafil type tablets - flushing, indegestion and headache, so follow the packet advice and don't take thiis with a big meal. They are easy to swallow but taste terrible - so take with lots of water.The only issue I have is the insistence of the package insert and advertising that these are somehow recommended by professionals but give no further details; which in the UK would be pharmacists or physicians. I have checked for KAMANTRA in the UK tablets listed by the UK MHRA and they aren't there. So it would be great if the makers could substantiate that objective claim as required by Section 3 of the CAP Code.Nevertheless - if you are searching for blue tablets that act like the real thing - these do it for me.Packing (despite the unsubstantiated claim) is good: the box is pocket sized and the tablets are blister-packed with a shelf-life of more than a year.Delivery was quick and discrete - they came the next day which is great service by the store.Was this a help?

Pocket size box for those that value discretion and comes in the usual amazon cardboard packaging that can fit through the letterbox the blue kamantra pill did the trick and i only took half drinking with plenty of water on a empty stomach and after about 45 mins i could feel a shift in my mood there was no real side effects apart from a slight headache.

These work well for me, as do other brands. But you only get 4 tablets, compared to 10, 20 or even 30 with other brands.No complaints on the tablets, absolutely working for me, just the quantity so they lose a star for that alone.
