I know guava works well for me, either from tea or supplements. I can tell that the formulation in this supplement does have some potency, though it is not my favorite in this respect: even some specific guava tea brands seem more potent, and by comparison with other capsule supplements containing guava this is low on my scale. There is very little info on the label and in the product description, and apart from the GMP certification there is no significant seal of quality, like third party lab testing. I am giving this a four star rating because it has some effectiveness.

These supplements are easy to take, and I have not had any adverse reactions to them. They are part of my daily vitamin intake.
