BLAZERBUCK Anti-salt Polarized Replacement Lenses for RayBan Meta Wayfarer RW4008 53mm Sunglass

I was super skeptical about these since there weren’t too many specific reviews. I bought the transition lenses for the ray ban meta rw4008. I’ve had them for almost a week, been wearing them daily and they do work! Super clear for the office and dark enough to work for me as sunglasses. My wife can see my eyes through the dark lenses, but barely. They get clear enough and they get dark enough and they fit perfectly in the frame. Shipping was a little over a week, but no stars taken away for that.

I had gotten a scratch on my Metas and was instantly bummed; I was just about to go to Sunglass Hut, etc. to swap the lenses out, until I found these guys - now, I'm able to have Transitions-style lenses and be able to wear them indoors and out (I wear contact lenses) so I can be ready to capture more fun/interesting moments.

I purchased the transition lenses and, I was very excited to get these as this would mean I can with these glasses inside and out. The lenses fit into the frames perfectly, and it was very easy to do so. Obviously the main reason for purchasing these was to use the transition functionality. While inside the stayed completely clear and worked very well however, when going outside into the full California sun, they barely transitioned, and saying there was a transition is being very generous. If you want clear lenses, these are great however, if you want transition lenses, look for something else.

Researched a lot of the well-known options not on Amazon but wanted to go with an Amazon sellers for speed and possible returns. Was worried like previous reviewer, but so far so good! Pleasantly surprised.

Transition is a little slow but when you keep using them it'll adjust faster. They fit on my Ray- Ben Meadows perfectly easy to install and remove. I do recommend these to anyone looking to have a backup pair or a replacement. And it also saves you money not having to pay or hunt down the pair with the transitioning lenses.

Doesn't look like the picture. They look more orange than red and took forever to arrive.

Great photochromatic transition lenses. I ordered a few different brands of lenses and these seem like they get the darkest out of all the transition lenses i have. The pictures i took look a little lighter than in person, but they get nice and dark. Perfect fit for my large Meta Wayfarer glasses. This is a relatively simply install, i would check out a youtube video to see how its done the easiest. At first you feel like you might break your frame, but after a few times swapping out lenses, i feel it gets easier.
