I give it 5 stars because...
I give it 5 stars because it's almost perfect for the beginner - and out of the box, its a nice airbrush...but ~While its NOT quite Iwata "build" quality, you CAN get Iwata RESULTS - if you buy a spare needle/tip assembly (just in case you mess this part up at first - it might take a bit of practice for some people), and chuck it up in a drill (low to medium speed only!), then using Flitz metal polish on a piece of thin leather padding, run the drill to polish the needle tip to about 1 inch back from it. (it takes only about 10 or 15 seconds or so)Make sure that you pull the needle AWAY from the polishing pad as you do this - otherwise you'll ruin it quicker than you realize!Start the polishing about an inch or so back from the tip, and pull it away from the pad as you go, down to the tip... be careful! - that tip can be bent SO easily.Clean with alcohol, install it back in the airbrush and try the spray pattern again - lather, rinse, and repeat only IF necessary.Just don't dull, bend, warp or change the angle of the tip taper!More often than not, this will not only improve the spray pattern, but can also help to reduce tip drying to a degree.Hope this helps.

Worth every penny and then some!
I have a CM-Takumi and a PS-771 and this airbrush will hold it's own with these two brushes all day! I like to use my Master airbrushes more than the other two for a couple of reasons. First the spray quality is very fine, maybe not as fine as the other two mentioned but for $45 it is a fantastic brush! Secondly, because it is so inexpensive I am not afraid to damage it while cleaning. If I do I can order a brand new brush for the cost of a replacement nozzle for the more expensive brushes. The photos I included were sprayed with the SB-86 as the primary airbrush used for the white. This was completely freehand so the airbrush is capable of extreme control and precision.

Nice Side Feed Airbrush for the price
This is a nice Airbrush, quality control seem to be OK, however they are not a Iwata Airbrush.Pros: nice finish, smooth trigger action, side feed can be left or right, Air-valve work very good, the handle can be adjusted very easy, Teflon needle bearing with adjustment, large cup with metal cap.Cons: O-rings hard to find for replacement(must buy Rebuild kit if you don't know where to find them), needle bearing will need adjustment(will leak paint thru the needle if not adjusted right), Handle need a new O-ring if you want a more secure or stable adjustment(move very easy with stock o-ring), to large paint reservoir or cup change balance very easy.Overall: For the price I can't complaint, However is not a Iwata(so do not expect high quality), shipping is fast is you are in the west coast they tell you 5 to 7 days mine arrive withing 3 or 4 days.My experience with airbrush is in the expert level, I had collected them since the 1980 .Best Regards Tito

Poor Soldering cost it 2 stars.
When I got this airbrush, whoever soldered the left side of the cup hole did not do a good job, there's was a small thin opening that made paint and water leaked out when I was testing it, luckily enough, I have the tools to solder the hole in, and it does an amazing job doing fine lines. Would have given it a 5 star if it wasn't for the small hole opening due to poor soldering and I had to fix it myself. Note, you can get the OMni T893 adapter and it can use aztek color cups. Nice airbrush as a backup to my main airbrushes.
