I have been using my phone to record a weekly meeting using my phone but then I couldn't find a way to send the recording to my friend. I got this to fix this problem. Not only am I able to send the file now but the recording is better. I like the magnet too. It helped me not fiddle with it during the meeting. lol I tested out the voice activation and it worked well so if you wanted to put it in a room to hear what is going on you could. I couldn't wait to use it after I got it. The operation is quite simple and it feels ok to use. However, when I recorded the audio of what I wanted to learn and took it home to review, I found that there was a lot of noise and I couldn't hear what was being said at all. I thought it was due to the environment. I got close to the recording in a quiet environment and there was still some noise, which made me very dissatisfied.
