Well-balanced, great for hydration and energy
Hard to find quality electrolytes but this one works really well - clean energy and hydration at any time, without any queasiness because there is no added sugar and the minerals have been carefully balanced . Takes a bit to get used to the taste but worth it. I will be buying again.
