1st MONTH:Arrived quicker than expected. That's always nice!Unpacked and leaned against the wall, since instructions say to let breathe 24 - 48 hours. Reading reviews and a family member's experience with a new mattress, I immediately was focused on any bad smells. NONE. Didn't have ANY smell to it.After close to 60 hours (I wasn't in a hurry), I zipped the mattress protector on it and put it on my frame and added sheets. Couldn't wait to lie down and just feel it. Definitely notice the cushy top layer. But, it was soft and comfortable. It's a solid feel! I moved naturally to see how it felt. My only negative impression was that it's not as firm as I like. BUT - it's also not for me. This was bought for 2 under 10yr old children to use when they stay at my house.Anyway, I have it on a frame that doesn't have a box spring, but is supported by slats. I slept on it the first night and, again - felt that it's not as firm as my actual bed, but I slept well and woke up with no adverse feelings. I can't complain at all. Makes no noise when moving. It's thick enough. It's comfortable. Seems to be made VERY well!The girls spent the night the next 2 nights and the first night - well . . . they ended up in my bed and I ended up sleeping in this one. Again - fell right to sleep and woke up feeling fine. It's still a little cool at night, so no way to make a real impression about the cooling gel. The next night I made sure the girls stayed in the bed, and they're 7 & 8, so they don't care. They slept.It's still VERY early into the life span of this mattress, and truth be told, it probably won't get a lot of use on a regular basis since it's in the extra bedroom. But, I'm happy. It took me months to decide on a mattress. The "Design by Ashley" part was the draw. Ashley mattresses have great reviews. The price was the next draw - holy fatwallets, batman - mattresses are expensive anymore. Amazon customer reviews are the next draw. This one had less legitimate negative reviews than the others in the price range.At this point, if I needed another mattress, I'd look at the other options in the Signature Design by Ashley store. I'm happy with this purchase and would get a more firm model next time.

I am a single woman who recently lost 200 pounds and my old mattress was wrecked, I needed a new one but didn't have a 1000 bucks for a new one. I'd been a loyal Spring Air Customer. So I did my homework and looked at mattresses in my local stores. The mattress you are looking at was the one I chose. For a Full Size it was 599 dollars plus tax from the store. I really didn't have it. I was going to finance it through the store. But, I kept thinking maybe I should check on Amazon first. I thought I might be able to save a few dollars. When I was able to get the very same mattress (no tax) delivered to my home for 190 dollars on the nose, well I clicked and bought it right away. I was scared of a bait and switch or maybe a counterfeit product I will admit. I could not have been more wrong, the mattress was the real thing and delivered to my home in two days. I will also sat it was heavy but I was able to wrestle it in the house and followed the instructions to open it. I was almost send through the wall when it "popped". Be careful, they tell you there is 2 layers of plastic to cut through and there is not. When you cut its going to pop out and start unfurling. So be ready for the expansion. The mattress came to full size almost immediately although I let it alone on the box springs all day and let it rise before putting linens on it. I let a fan blow on it all day but there really was not an odor. I've slept on it every night since 8-9-18 and couldn't be happier. No pain (and I have back troubles and fibromyalgia) and it looks wonderful. I have it on my box springs that are Spring Air and were in fine condition. Its firm but not so much it is painful or anything. I like it so far. I will occasionally come back if my opinion changes. I will be happy if this lasts a few years or longer. I have had this 2 years now and can't tell it has ever been used, a real value. Still a great matress after all this time 3/17/21; Still doing great 4 years later, my granddaughter sleeps over with me and says it's so comfy. Her dad bought the same mattress and loves it. Five years later 7/28/23 still going strong, might get another in the near future in case they would quit carrying them. They have jumped 100 dollars on the price point. I know inflation, so I guess you still can't beat the price. Okay it's now been about 6-7 years and I am ready for a new mattress and I will be buying another one of these mattresses, I am still using my old box springs but the mattress is wearing out now. Yes, I believe sometime this summer or fall I will buy another mattress. This one is still fine and I slept on much worse especially as a child. I had spinal surgery this winter and this mattress was great (no the surgery had nothing to do with the mattress). I was grateful to come home to old faithful and off the plastic wafer called a mattress at the hospital.

So far it’s good definitely for the price .. I’m not paid off nothing .. been sleeping on a bum matress all my life so this might feel better to me then others .. seeing other ppl comments the sides act hold up a lot better then other beds that been on and I’m 240 pounds.. it def more plush then firm u will sink but the memory foam does pop up as of now .. the fabric if your a hot sleeper ull def need some cool sheets but it not that bad .. almost a month in so far so good .. will report back .. opening it was very easy idk what ppl talking bout on here unless u a diva .. fully expands within like 2 mins .. it 12 inches from the bottom of the bed to the top of the mattress.. so if ur not counting the foam on top it two inches less .. hopefully this helps ..

This is the second mattress we have purchased from this company via Amazon. Great quality and the memory foam is extremely comfortable. The inflation time was less than 24 hours. No odors upon removing it from the package. It was functional and easy to unbox. The mattress does not make any noise while in use. Glad we stuck with this product for the additional queen bed.

Literally the best mattress I've ever slept on. It's like a cloud. We bought this on a whim because our old mattress was ancienttttt. It's been a long time since we've had it (I think a year at least) and it's still amazing. 10/10 recommend. Buying a king size soon!
