I got this because I already had the 30000mah pack by this brand and works great so I figured I'd upgrade and get the new one that shows the wattage and time. Very disappointed so far.... With the cable it came with the highest Watts I get to charge my phone is 9w.my phone is rated to handle 45w. I even tried another cable that I use with my older power pack and tho it doesn't show the watts I know it charges at least at 20+ Watts for how fast it charges. I would have not bought this if i would have known. Please help me fix this problem or give me a refund....Update :4/23/25Well after returning the item the company reached out to me through email and offered to replace it free of charge. Not many companies do that now days so very pleased they did that. Thank you for the great customer service.

****UPDATED from 3 to 4 stars****I’m updating my review to reflect that this unit performs as expected on the power delivery aspect. My only wish is for the time remaining to be more accurate when charging. It does perform well when delivering power.The charging starts at 65 watts and it says 57 minutes and then the input drops down to 45 watts increasing time to an hour plus. The company has addressed my concerns and have been very responsive in the process.The conclusion is that it takes between an hour and half to 2 hours in perfect conditions, and don’t pay attention to time remaining when charging as it may fluctuate.My original review:First time charging it and it goes down to 8 watts charging when at 87%??? what a joke!! it went from 30 minutes to charge to 2 hours and 20 minutes….unbelievable! I’m only giving 3 stars because I haven’t used it for the first time, but the charging aspect is outrageous.

I travel often for work, and this laptop power bank has been a total game changer. It charges my MacBook and phone at the same time without overheating or slowing down. The battery capacity is impressive—I’ve gotten a full charge on my laptop with juice to spare.

Compared to what I was using before, this has got the be the best power bank I've ever used. The build quality is nice and the charging capability is amazing.This is not a downside, however, I wish that is had somewhere to hook a lanyard or carabiner clip and a built-in LED Light.But a great Buy!

Pros:Good capacity power bank.100w charging for laptops. Charges my surface and dell laptop at full speed.Has PPS to super fast charge my Samsung Z fold 6.Various ports for all types of devicesLED screen provides a lot of information. I especially like the charge time remaining although it's not perfectly reliable.Cons:Included cable is not very high quality.It's heavy and long.
