The company delivered this unit quickly (before forecast date); it arrived well-packaged and undamaged. The unit is fairly solid with a very good finish to the visible surfaces. The soft-close door and drawer seem to work ok. I think the details on Amazon should make it clear that you need to drill through the door-handle holes - and I think the written instruction to use a 5mm drill bit are inaccurate. (I decided to use a 4mm bit, which was more than adequate.) Drilling does cause the front-finish to chip and become rather ragged, but this is concealed by the handle. Like another reviewer, at least one more set of holes to re-position the shelf would have been useful. My only criticism is of the back-panel (fortunately not visible). This is a piece of hardboard, attached with a couple of staples and adhesive. On my unit, it hasn't been attached very neatly or accurately. However, overall a neat, well-presented solution for a small space. I would recommend it.

Arrived 10 days after ordering. Black clip on protectors in the bottom, one snapped in half . The handles for the drawers are screwed on the inside, so you have to take them off and screw them to the front of the cabinet. The top drawer handle on right side has a defective screw with no head, or thread. In effect the handle is jammed on the inside, and can not unscrew right side. I am not an idiot, and was able to re position big door handle . Cabinet is pretty much useles. To top it off, company have included instructions inside for something completely different. My son is now playing happily inside the cardboard box it arrived in. 6-+ quid for a cardboard box. Great. Have e-mailed the company, but have just read other reviews about customer service, so not holding my breath. If worse comes to worse I can chuck it on top of the bonfire at the end of the month.

Wished I could be more positive. The product when assembled looks stunning and is very sturdy and looks great. Soft close doors are brilliant and the drawer is perfect. The issue is with the construction process. Not all screws came with the product and some for the drawer runners were not sized correctly. If you have a supply of screws yourselves you should be fine. BUT if you don’t then frustration will come. However you will be pleasantly surprised when you have built it. Looks great.

Perfect, delivery took a bit of time but this is explained. i wish i had found this company earlier, i have just re built my bath room had i ordered from this seller i would have save a bucket of money. I noted that some had said the delivery driver just dropped the item in the street left it on the pallet and offered no assistance. i live in a flat my front door is up one lv,l the delevery driver could not have been nicer he helped me take the unit into my home and offered to take it to the bath room which is up a further two sets of stairs. the unit is perfect slow close doors(not the drawer) very high gloss, sturdy i was a little suprised there wasnt a wall fixing kit but hey really no complaint. we love this unit. we are soon to be re doing our kitchen i think we will be looking to this seller first to see units they carry.

I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I didn't read the reviews until after I had placed my order (yes I know wrong way round). I'm so glad I hadn't read them first, because they left me feeling very concerned at was to expect, there are so many recent complaints about damaged goods I had regretted placing the order.I am so pleased that I didn't cancel because my small side cupboard arrived in perfect condition and the packaging was very very good. It's good quality, well made and value for money. And not to forget it looks great in my bathroom.I'm waiting for the matching tallboy to arrive in late March, just hope I'm as pleased with that, I'll let you know.

The product itself is nice once built if you have all the right parts but it will be the last time I buy anything from Amazon flat packed. It was missing some cam dowels that are used to hold it together so I ended up buying some. The instructions were a bit ambiguous at times but it was fairly intuitive to put together. The fact that items were missing badly lets this down and I wouldn’t want to get everything out and start building it only to discover damage then having to return it. Also it doesn’t come with a back which is strange considering it’s meant to be freestanding.
