universal Pool cue repair and maintenance lathe

It looks Nice but it's a piece of Junk.Customer Service is a joke. Good luck trying to get your refund, The send you a shipping label that you have to pay for its like $50.00 you will eventually get your money back in a month or so but the return shipping you can kiss goodbye'So save your self a lot of headaches DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

No instructions included.. No manual of any kind to show how to use this product.. I would like a RETURN label and my money refunded.. I am reading the reviews about this piece of JUNK.. Where are the reviews other reviews other than those with one star?

Think twice before buying this "lathe". It really isn't a lathe ... it's more of a slowly rotating device with a Dremel-like headstock. The durability of the cue repair lathe is very poor! It is a "light duty" lathe that can be used for light/infrequent repair jobs.If you are repairing only a few cues a month, you may find that the lathe can do the job. But if you plan work on more than a few cues per week, the machine is too weak and lacks durability to handle the load; the motor/power control unit will burn out. My machine did just this ... It burned out without warning after 2.5 weeks after working on 15 cues.If I had known about the fragility of this machine, I may have given it plenty of rest breaks (to cool down) to avoid breakdowns. In short, if you are a DIYer (do it yourselfer), and plan to perform occasional cue repair work as a hobbyist, this lathe may fit your needs (until it breaks down) ... however if you plan to work on many cues for your friends, family, pool teammates, etc, or want to make cue repair a part-time job, this lathe cannot handle the load.

Maybe the one I received was a lemon, but the quality is the worst you can get.1- The motor’s center cannot line up with the pool shaft center (makes cleaning shafts impossible)2- When working on the tip or ferrule, the black wheel that spins the shaft slowly, also makes it walk towards the motor! This flaw can and will ruin your tip and ferrule.I found this machine totally useless, just a bunch of stuff put together without any thought, engineering or quality control.
