Yes. My part number is #1329467 and they have the Henkel logo on the front. The picture is a stock Amazon photo, so some things are different. I hope that this helps.

Q: Will the bottle be full? What happens if I receive the product and it is not full?

I have never reviewed a bottle that is full to the top. The bottle is larger than the amount of liquid that is put into it. The bottles that I have ordered are sealed and it would be obvious if they have leaked due to the color of the product. I imagine if you feel that what you have received is not correct that the seller would replace it.

Yes You apply to threads prior to securing the nut.

Q: How long does this take to set up

Loctite 243 usually begins to cure within 15-20 mins after application, with a full 24 hours required for proper curing.
