Even when my wrist version of my Omron blood pressure measuring machine never indicated that I had high blood pressure, this aged garlic product alleviated the ringing in my ears, the pain in the back of my head, my neck stiffness, and the nightmarish pricking sensation all over my scalp specially after eating a heavy meal. You need to take with food. I just started taking these and I will give an update after I have some tests in a few months. It's a small size capsule and easy to take. I tried to take one without food and I could taste it so it's best to take with food.
