Q: Is this a moisturzer? Does it work for pain?

It is a moisturizer. Works good if your skin is dry. I don't use it as a pain reducer, so don't know the answer to that part of the question.

Q: Does this contain parabens or mineral oil?

I am not sure and will try and check my label when I get home but I can tell you this is the best foot cream I have ever used. I first bought it at WalMart but they no longer carry it. It is very hard to find this foot lotion.
