do they hurt around your head, the wrap around?

Actually, that's why I bought these in the bulk package, because they don't hurt my head. The ones provided by my workplace put pressure above my ears, which drives me crazy after a few minutes. These don't bother me at all.

Are these anti-fog safety glasses?

Though the ones I have used are less fog prone than other brands these still do fog a bit.

Are these Glasses metal detectable?

They have a metal screw in the hinge. Hope that answers your question.

Why does it say there's a bluetooth speaker as an added component?

I don't see in the description where it says anything about bluetooth. These are safety glasses, and to correctly protect your eyes I would not attach anything to them other than the enclosed lanyard string.
