I love these vitamins. I wish they weren’t 50 bucks but I like them a lot. It gets everything I need in one pill instead of taking thousands of pills per day.

Cost effective and so easy! I struggled with iron and vitamin levels pre-surgery. I’m a year post-op and after taking this daily, have had no problems at all with my levels. Love that I can get everything in one product!

Although I didn’t have bariatric surgery, these vitamins are very good for me. I’m 53. I’m getting older and my bones are not like they should be but these vitamins are really very good. I’m gonna be ordering more.

Me funcionan por que no tengo que tomar mas vitaminas nada mas que esas con mi sirugia me an funcionado al maximo me tiene la b12 alta cero anemia

They smell horrible & a little bit bigger than your average capsule BUT they work if you take them everyday. I would recommend not laying down after taking it bc I've laid down after taking it & I can "taste" it sitting in my throat. So be active after taking it or at least sitting up for the 1st hour or so.

These work perfectly for me. I haven’t had any stomach issues with these at all. But this time I ordered the capsule because I’m at six weeks from postop for Bariatric and my doctor said I can swallow these now instead of breaking them down.
