Lovely Irish whiskey with a distinct sherry influence.
A really nice dram with the Irish whiskey sweetness and none of the harsh elements that might indicate that it is a young whiskey. The sherry influence is very prominent, as if a dollop of sherry was added rather than the spirit being matured briefly in an ex-sherry barrel.It's a nice, simple whiskey that may not offer much in the area of taste development and finish etc, but is an easy, flavourful drinker that may appeal to non-scotch fans.

A smooth whiskey that you can relax with
Ever since I went on the tour of the Roe and Coe distillary this has been one of my favorite whiskeys. This is a very smooth whiskey that you can just relax and enjoy with friends. I highly recommend this whiskey not only for newby whiskey drinkers but also for those looking for a new whiskey experience. Like I said this is a very smooth but very flavorful whiskey that you can relax with. So buy it and enjoy with friends. This is one that you can share and have no worries that someone will not enjoy it.

Very enjoyable and would buy again
Really a bourbon person, but tried this in a bar and really liked it - enough to buy a bottle and enjoying it.Smooth, satisfying flavour with good mouth-feel.

A good blended whiskey
In a recent home-based tasting session against 4 other Irish whiskies, this came comfortably second. Considering that it was the cheapest of the 5, that's pretty good going. It's tasty enough to have on its own but goes well with ginger or as an Old Fashioned.

Sweet sweet whiskey.
Lovely balanced whiskey. I don’t branch out much on the spirits but really glad I did. Very standard and basic, would be great for beginners or people wanting a softer whiskey. Will be buying again.

Incredible...sadly now empty :-(
This is an incredibly smooth and refined whiskey. I must admit I have, in the past, been very narrow minded in my choice of whiskey. Normally sticking to Scottish single malts like macallan or Japanese (lived there for a few years) whiskies. This has changed my view to Irish whiskey.Very, very smooth. Vanilla and caramel are forefront and no burn like whisky or bourbon. If you wanted to introduce someone to whiskey this is a great start. Fantastic!
